This is a Circuit training that involves moving through a series of exercises (strength, cardio, core) with minimal rest, using your own bodyweight or hand weights/dumbbells (bring your own equipment). Some common moves include squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, etc., performed for time (e.g., 30-60 secs) or reps (e.g., 10-15), repeating the whole circuit 2-3 times for a full workout
